Report: Five-star TE Duce Robinson may push back signing
Five-star tight end Duce Robinson is one of the top unsigned players in the class of 2023.
Alabama, Georgia, Oregon, Texas and USC are pushing to land the talented player. 247Sports reports Robinson might push his signing beyond Feb. 1. The signing period extends until April 1.
The Arizona native is the No. 1 tight end and No. 17 overall player in the 247Sports composite.
While USC and Georgia seem to have the lead for Robinson, his not signing right away opens the door for Texas to continue its pursuit. All three coaching staffs made in-home visits with Robinson in recent weeks.
The two-sport star also excels on the baseball field. Robinson very well could be a high selection in the MLB draft this summer.
