REPORT: Michigan State football finalizing deal with defensive and offensive line specialist Brandon Jordan to come in as coach

This might go down as one of the best hires of Mel Tucker’s time at Michigan State football. On Wednesday night, Bruce Feldman of The Athletic reported that the Spartans are finalizing a deal with Brandon Jordan to become their new Pass Rush Specialist coach.

Jordan is currently one of the top private defensive line and offensive line specialists in the country well over 100 players he has worked with now on NFL rosters.

This is a move that many insiders are calling one of the savviest in recent MSU football history, as Jordan has relationships with some of the top pass rushers at the high school level, who seek him out for his tutelage.

Jordan should make an immediate impact in recruiting, and we should also see his impact on the field when he has a chance to work with the linemen already on the roster.
