Report: TJ Watt expected to be out ‘about 6 weeks,’ no surgery

TJ Watt is expected to be back on the playing field this season, according to a report.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter said doctors determined Watt did not need surgery on his torn pectoral, and is expected to miss about six weeks, citing sources.

NFL Insider Ian Rapoport said Watt tore a pectoral muscle rather than the tendon, which requires about six weeks of rehab.
