JESSICA GUAY: We're expecting it to get very cold tonight and into tomorrow morning. I'm pretty cold right now, and I'm all bundled up. So if you're having a hard time staying warm, that means that your pets are probably cold too. They told us that you could face charges if you don't, and you could even lose your pet. That story is tonight on KDKA News.
