Today we're talking about an alarming rate of spikes in COVID-19 cases. In Allegheny County, they reported 530 new cases in the last 48 hours. For the state, over 6,000 in the last 48 hours.

We're talking to people on the street on how they feel about these rising numbers and where they think they're coming from. Then we're hearing from Dr. Rachel Levine on the state level about an issue that they're having with people when it comes to contact tracing, which is not giving them a clear picture on what's happening across the state.
