Former Colorado wide receiver Laviska Shenault will have surgery on Tuesday to repair a lingering core muscle injury, multiple outlets reported Saturday.
Shenault ran a 4.59-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis on Thursday and is considered a potential first-round draft pick this April.
He also posted 17 reps in the 225-pound bench press.
Shenault caught 56 passes for 764 yards and four touchdowns in 2019.
He caught 86 passes for 1,011 yards and six touchdowns during a breakout 2018 season and finished his Buffaloes career with 149 receptions for 1,943 yards and 10 touchdowns in 27 games over three seasons.
