Get inspired by entertainment, sports, health and business thought leaders at Yahoo's streaming 'Reset Your Mindset' event series

You’ve done online workouts for your body during the coronavirus pandemic, but what have you done for your mind?

Tennis legend Serena Williams, author (and friend of Oprah) Deepak Chopra, fitness coach and reality TV star Jillian Michaels and a slate of other recognizable names will discuss their personal stories about physical and mental health during Verizon Media’s “Reset Your Mindset.” The upcoming, two-part virtual wellness event on May 20 and 27 will be live-streamed on Yahoo.

Williams will kick things off with Shailene Woodley (Big Little Lies), Mayim Bialik (The Big Bang Theory) and many others as part of the program focused on mind and body wellness at home. The 90-minute discussion is brought to you by the new Yahoo Life.

Then, on May 27, Shark Tank star and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is one of seven business leaders set to talk about the importance of wellness in the workplace. They’ll examine how companies can create a healthy work environment and related topics during a 60-minute conversation moderated by Yahoo Finance’s Julia La Roche.

“The issue of mental health and wellness has never been more urgent,” Verizon Media CEO Guru Gowrappan said. “Whether you are a parent, an employee, an athlete or a business leader, everyone is dealing with similar issues on mental, emotional and physical wellness. We are all in this together. Verizon Media is in a unique position to leverage our platform to connect all of those conversations, share good practices and facilitate insights from some of the leading influencers across business and entertainment.”

Verizon Media announced in April that it would donate $10 million in advertising to support mental and public health response to the coronavirus crisis.
