Resident Evil 3 gets released in April 2020 and you can pre-order now

The latest remake of Resident Evil 3 has received an official release date, alongside a horrifying new trailer.

At the 2019 Sony State of Play, Capcom confirmed earlier today (December 10) that the remake of the '90s classic will be released on April 3, 2020. The announcement was accompanied by a super-scary trailer which you can watch above.

The remake is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and you can pre-order it now to receive bonuses.

Shop Now Resident Evil 3 for PlayStation 4

Resident Evil 3 for PlayStation 4 is currently available at the price of £49.99 on Game.co.uk. You can receive up to 0.50 reward points as part of the deal. In order to earn the points, you need to sign up (which is free!) via the website's reward account online or the site's app or at your local store.

You can also earn points whenever you trade in or buy at the games retailer and you can opt to use your points on things you want to get in store.

Resident Evil 3 is also available on Xbox One for the same price of £49.99 and again you will be able to receive up to 0.50 points as part of the reward scheme.

Resident Evil 3 follows Jill Valentine's encounter with the unrelenting Nemesis in this new horror remake and the end of the trailer offers glimpses at Jill's terrifying look – just in case you're brave enough to watch it again.

Still waiting for more news about that Netflix show, though.
