‘Resident Evil’ star Adeline Rudolph joins cast of 'Hellboy: The Crooked Man'

Adeline Rudolph has been cast in the upcoming “Hellboy” reboot “The Crooked Man.”
The 28-year-old Hong Kong-born actor, who is of German and Korean descent, is best known for her work in TV series such as "Resident Evil," "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" and “Riverdale.” She has been cast as the character Bobbie Jo Song in "The Crooked Man."
The film features “Deadpool 2” star Jack Kesy as Hellboy and “Yellowstone” actor Jefferson White as Tom Ferrell, a rookie agent working for the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense.
"The Crooked Man" is set in rural Appalachia in the 1950s and features Hellboy and Ferrell investigating a community haunted by witches. The Crooked Man, a devilish entity who has a connection to Hellboy's past, leads the coven.

Filmmaker Brian Taylor, best known for his work on the 2011 film “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance,” will direct the reboot, with filming set to begin in Bulgaria in the coming weeks. Chris Golden and “Hellboy” creator Mike Mignola penned the script.
