Result: Immediate closure; passed follow-up inspection on Sept. 20.

Observed mice droppings in the commercial dish washer and water heater room. Facility has three business days to remove all mice droppings from both areas and areas must be cleaned and sanitized.

Observed south side receiving door bottom has an entry point for pests.

Due to the imminent health hazard facility was closed on Sept. 11. Due to mice and roach infestation, facility will remain closed. Person in charge state kitchen will be brought to compliance by Sept. 21.
