Restaurant Week York is returning for 10 days of the best food York City has to offer

Restaurant Week York is returning for 10 days, shining a light on the innovative chefs that call York home.

From Feb. 17-26, many York City restaurants will offer special menus for takeout, delivery and dine-in to encourage people to support local eateries, according to a news release. The majority of the menus, as well as a list of the 24 participating restaurants, can be found online at rwyork.com, allowing diners to do their homework and start making reservations for their favorite locations.

“We know that more than half of our guests are hearing about Restaurant Week from our restaurants and their friends, so we rely on all of you to do your homework, get excited and make your plans to come out and join us,” Allison Witherow, president of the York County Independent Restaurant Association, said in a prepared statement. “We appreciate the continued support of our local diners and know that Restaurant Week will be a chance to show the best of what we have to offer to both new guests and old fans alike.”

Among the posted menus, interesting dishes include the Honey Bee Sundae from Revival Social Club, Hat Yai fried Chicken from World Grills, Shrimp & Crab Soul Rolls from Skillet2Plate Soul Bistro and the Queso Fundito from Collusion Tap Works.
