Restaurants open on Christmas 2021: How and where to book a table in RI
The restaurant openings and offerings for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are now being set. Reservations are strongly suggested.
There are many choices for lunch on Christmas Eve and early dinners. Christmas choices are more limited.For those looking for La Vigilia, the Feast of the Seven Fishes, there are two choices on Federal Hill in Providence, one choice in Westerly and a takeout option from Iggy's in Warwick.
It's understandable that most restaurants will be closed to allow their staff time with family. But if you are traveling, finding a restaurant is a must. If you don't see anything that will accommodate you on this list, check out hotel restaurants across the state. They are generally open.
The last few years I was in San Francisco visiting my sons, we found a nice Thai restaurant busy but wonderful for a family dinner on Christmas Day.

The Bluefin Grille at the Providence Marriott Downtown, 1 Orms St., will be open for breakfast 7 to 10 a.m. on Christmas Eve and 7 to 11 a.m. on Christmas Day. They will also be open for dinner, with a special holiday menu on Christmas Day from 5 to 10 p.m.
