Restaurants open Thanksgiving Day meals in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Walton County
For many, spending hours or days in the kitchen cooking the perfect Thanksgiving meal is part of the holiday tradition.
But if you would rather just skip straight to feasting, there are a variety of restaurants in Okaloosa and Walton counties that will be open Thanksgiving Day.

AJ’s on the Bayou | Annual Thanksgiving Day Fest
A traditional Thanksgiving Day Feast for the sixth year will be held from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at 200 Eglin Parkway NE. Everyone is welcome to dine as part of the AJ’s family, and while there is no charge, donations will be accepted to benefit AJ’s Kids on the Coast Foundation. There will not be a buffet as in years past; staff will deliver to your table.
The Crab Trap | Thanksgiving on the Beach
Celebrate Gulf-front views and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and limited Crab Trap menu from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 1450 Miracle Strip Parkway. Seating is first-come, first-served.
Fish House Island | Thanksgiving Feast
The Island will host a Thanksgiving feast at its signature restaurant, Fish House, 1500 Miracle Strip Parkway SE. Seatings are available at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The menu includes a charcuterie display, a seafood station, a pasta station and a carving station. Adults are $65 per person, children under 11 are $22 and children ages four and under eat free. The Thanksgiving Feast at Fish House is open to locals. Golden Corral Buffet & Grill | Holiday Feast

Captain D's Crestview will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and open at 10:30 a.m. on New Year's Day.
