New restaurants, shops, headed for Hamilton Quarter
Several new restaurants and shops are heading to Hamilton Quarter, the 200-acre mixed-use development on Hamilton Road and State Rt. 161.
Joining the center's lineup are:
DiBella's Subs, the third central Ohio location for the Rochester, New York-based sub chain, is expected to open in the next few months.
Torchy's Tacos, the third central Ohio location for the Austin-based taco spot, is expected to open later this year, following the opening of a Polaris-area location last summer, and one under construction on Rt. 161 near Sawmill Road.
Bath & Body Works, the New Albany-based personal care and fragrance chain, is expected to open in the next few months.
Kemba Financial Credit Union, the Columbus financial institution, will open later this year.
The new tenants will join several new, or recently announced, retail tenants at the center including BJ’s Wholesale Club, Aladdin’s Eatery and Ali Bazzi, in addition to long-standing tenants such as Target, Hobby Lobby and Beerhead Bar & Eatery.
“We are thrilled to have such a strong group of tenants joining Hamilton Quarter,” said Sydney Federer, senior leasing director and principal broker for CASTO, one of Hamilton Quarter's developers. “They will all be a great addition to the project.”
CASTO partnered with Daimler, The New Albany Company and Capitol Square on Hamilton Quarter, which is designed to include 600,000 square feet of offices, a hotel and 1 million square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space when completed.
In addition to retail tenants, Hamilton Quarter includes the headquarters for Big Lots, an Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center campus, a Fairfield Inn & Suites, Wesley Woods retirement center, and HQ Flats apartment complex.
