Results: 2023 Ohio November election

CLEVELAND (WJW) – Voting results are in from across Ohio for the 2023 November election.

Ohio voters passed Issue 1, which enshrines access to abortion in the Ohio Constitution. The Associated Press called the race around 9 p.m.

Issue 2, which legalizes and regulates recreational marijuana, also passed in the state. AP called it just after 9:30 p.m.

There were also plenty of local races and levies to watch across Northeast Ohio Tuesday night.

Cuyahoga County reported a 43% voter turnout rate, surpassing the August special election of roughly 38%.
