Atlanta-based Floor and Décor Holdings Inc. (NYSE: FND) appears to be the next retailer at the more than 60,000-square-foot space at 1101 S. Interstate 35 frontage road. Floor and Décor sells flooring products such as tile, wood and laminate, as well as decorative and installation accessories. The company has more than 30 stores in Texas, four of which are in Austin. The possible Georgetown outlet would be its northernmost in the Austin metro.
