Prom 2022: Delaware students return to normalcy, celebrating without pandemic regulations
It's a sign we're getting back to normal after two years of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.
High school students throughout Delaware are going to prom without masks or any regulations they dealt with last year. Instead, teenagers are just dressing up and enjoying their big night.
