From Women's Health

  • Revenge Body trainer Harley Pasternak just posted a fitness transformation photo of a woman from the show, Samantha, on Instagram.

  • Pasternak has been a trainer for Khloé Kardashian's reality TV show since season one.

  • He explained that Samantha transformed her body by getting in 14,000 steps a day and sticking to a specific eating plan.

Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak is known for training high-profile clients like Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, and Gwyneth Paltrow. But lately, he's been training normal folks too, on Khloé Kardashian's show, Revenge Body. And all that hard work with Harley has apparently paid off. In a new Instagram post, the trainer shared the story of a former college athlete named Samantha who is rediscovering her love of fitness on the reality TV show.

"After several years in a relationship that found her too complacent and absent of any healthy habits, Samantha pressed the reset button, and began to prioritize her own health to set an example for her partner," Pasternak wrote, accompanying two photos of Samantha, showing her progress.

As she joined the show and started exercising again, Samantha also started eating better and seeing results. "Not a day went by that she didn’t hit at least 14,000 steps on her Fitbit. Her eating was flawless from day one as she stuck to the body reset diet program," Pasternak explained. "[Twelve] weeks later, she was not a different person, but the person she always was, down inside. Since our time working together, she has continued to inspire by living her best life, and has continued to get more fit with every day. Samantha, I am so proud of you."

Pasternak has participated in Revenge Body since its first season and has spoken about how he prefers the show's message to other weight loss programs.

"For me the most exciting thing is to be part of a process is that it doesn’t put competition as part of [it]," he told Page Six ahead of the third season. "It’s how you restore someone’s confidence, how to set them up for success and the tools that you’re giving them that they can carry for the rest of their life."
