Reward offered for information in fatal 2020 shooting on Columbus' Northeast Side

Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the 2020 shooting death of a 22-year-old man in 2020.

Columbus police were called on a report of a shooting around 7 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2020, to an apartment complex on the 5000 block of Enclave Boulevard, on the city's Northeast Side.

Responding officers found 22-year-old Giant'e Adaway with multiple gunshot wounds. Adaway was taken in a private vehicle to a nearby hospital by a woman who lived in the apartment complex.

Adaway died from his injuries on Oct. 31, 2020 at the hospital.
