The Armed Forces of Ukraine do not need to increase their total number of personnel yet, but specific specialists are to be mobilised.

Quote from Reznikov: "Mobilisation targets are determined by the General Staff. They estimate the amount of manpower and assets they need at a given moment of combat operations, they estimate casualties and so on… They are the ones who know on which front, in which type of forces or troops need to be replaced, or whether to withdraw a brigade to restore combat readiness and introduce a reserve instead…
But as far as I know, mobilisation needs are currently met through a search for specific specialists."
Details: Reznikov reported that quite a lot of people have already been mobilised into the ranks of the Ukrainian army, and now we [the Ukrainian forces - ed.] primarily require certain specialists: UAV operators, IT specialists, communications specialists, artillery specialists, etc.
There is a specific need for specialists who can quickly master the more complex NATO-standard weapons systems that the Defence Forces are currently receiving.
