California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday denied parole for Sirhan Sirhan, the man who assassinated presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy in 1968. Chris Kennedy, the son of the late senator, told KTVU's Frank Mallicot his family is relieved by the governor's decision.
