'RHOBH' Star Dorit Kemsley Scores Another Legal Victory, Ex-Business Partner Drops Case Over Bikini Line
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”star Dorit Kemsley’s legal battle over her bikini line has officially been dismissed.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star and her ex-business partner, Ryan Horne, have dismissed all claims against each other.
Both sides informed the court they would drop their actions prior to heading to trial.
Last year, Horne sued Dorit and her husband Paul “PK” Kemsley over the Beverly Beach line.
Horne claimed he entered into a deal with Dorit and Paul back in 2017to launch a line of bathing suits.
The deal stated each would own one third of the business. Horne said he fronted the company $130,000 in merchandise and another $75,000 for other expenses.He accused Dorit of selling the bathing suits at a large profit but never paid him a dime. Horne sued demanding the entire $205,000 he put into the business and a cut of the money the reality stars made from the sales.
Dorit and PK counter-sued Horne denying he was a partner and labeled him a “vendor.”
The reality stars accused Horne of costing them hundreds of thousands in lost sales, due to products being delivered late. They sued for unspecified damages for lost profits.

The Blast obtained a video last year of a woman screaming at Dorit while she was vacationing with her “RHOBH” costars. The woman was friends with Ryan Horne and screamed at Dorit to pay her friend shouting “you cheap bitch!”
Dorit and PK are on a roll with handling their legal issues. They recently handled a $1.2 million battle accusing PK of refusing to pay back a loan.
As The Blast first reported, PK was sued by a creditor named Nicos Kirzis. The legal battle went on for several months and Dorit was dragged on multiple occasions.
Kirzis was successful in seizing $29,634.10 from one bank account Dorit shared with PK. She had originally claimed the money was her sole property.
All the issues haven’t stopped Dorit from living large and celebrating her 43rd birthday in luxury. or partying with Boy George.
Dorit and PK also also facing federal tax liens over $1 million dollars in back taxes. The IRS filed two federal tax liens over unpaid tax bills. The first was filed against Dorit and Paul "PK" Kemsley for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23.
The second lien was for PK solely and accuses him of failing to pay an additional $289,423.67 for the years 2014 and 2016. The grand total of the debt for both liens comes to $925,310.90.
Dorit’s co-star Erika Jayne is facing her own legal issues relating to her husband Thomas Girardi. The two were sued for $3 million over an alleged unpaid loan taken out by Girardi.
The case is ongoing.
