Erika Jayne has slimmed down considerably as of late, but her weight loss didn’t come by way of the same methods common among her reality TV contemporaries.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shot down speculation she has used Ozempic to get her svelte frame.

During a Tuesday interview on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,” she explained she shed the pounds without using the popular diabetes medication.

“Yes, I did come down in weight and I did it hormonally,” Jayne shared.

“Not Ozempic-ally?” Cohen playfully probed further.

“I was going through menopause,” the 52-year-old singer and author, said. “So, I took it all down.”

Fellow “Watch What Happens Live” guest Jackie Hoffman didn’t seem to buy it.

“Who loses weight in menopause?” the 62-year-old actress and comedian wondered aloud.

According to the Mayo Clinic, “the hormonal changes of menopause tend to make it more likely that women will gain weight around the abdomen.”

The “How Many F---s” singer then countered, saying, “I went to the doctor and I said, ‘Get [the weight] off’” — though she didn’t specify what the doctor did to help her.

Jayne noted that she didn’t want to glorify weight loss, especially considering a recent storyline on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff first revealed her battle with bulimia in 2021, and she has continued opening up about it throughout her time on the show.

“I want to make sure that I don’t trigger anybody because we have this conversation in Beverly Hills and we have a cast member with an eating disorder,” Jayne said.

Ozempic is an injectable diabetes-management drug that has been on the rise among the rich and famous in recent years due its appetite-suppressant side effects.

During a March interview, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jennifer Fessler, previously revealed to Cohen that she used Ozempic as a part of her recent “glow-up.”

But “Beverly Hills” alum Kyle Richards and “Miami” faves Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton have refuted rumors they used the medication to achieve their new looks.
