'RHOC' Gina Kirschenheiter Misses Court Hearing, Estranged Husband to Continue Supervised Visits

"RHOC" star Gina Kirschenheitergot a scolding after missing an important court date.

The "Real Housewife of Orange County's lawyer was reprimanded by the judge after Gina skipped her restraining order hearing against her estranged husband, Matthew Kirschenheiter, on Tuesday.

Her lawyer claims Gina was under the impression that they agreed to continue the date on the protective order issue to be heard at a later time.

Gina is currently in New York with the couple’s three kids Nicholas, 7, Sienna, 5, and Luca, 4. Matthew, for his part, was in the courtroom on Tuesday.

Kirschenheiter was granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband last month after he was arrested on suspicions of domestic violence. Gina is petitioning for the restraining order to be permanent after alleging that Matthew was abusive on multiple occasions during marriage.

The restraining order come just after Gina sent a loving message to her estranged husband on his birthday, adding to speculation the two might be reconciling.

"Happy birthday to the man who has held my hand for the last 14 years despite the ups and downs," Kirschenheiter wrote. "Thanks for being the best father to our kids, and the best friend a girl could ask for."

She added the kicker: "Wouldn’t want to take on this crazy life with anyone else. Like you said, 'I’m your person and you’re mine.'"

Her "Real Housewives of Orange County" co-stars also added to the speculation with their responses to her post.

Vicki Gunvalson commented, "So sweet and I’m so happy for you. Lizzie Rovsek wrote, "You two are gorgeous together!!!" While Gretchen Rossi added, "Love that you two can get along so well still."

As The Blast reported, Gina Kirschenheiter filed for divorce back in April 2018 and late last year, made moves to get their split finalized ASAP, but that's been at a standstill for some time.
