It always comes down to money.

A bad business deal soured the relationship between Teresa Giudice and her brother Joey Gorga, the siblings said on the March 28 episode of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey."

They, and Teresa's fiance Louie Ruelas, intended to collaborate on a pizza oven.

“I've kept my mouth shut a lot all these years, protecting my brother to keep the peace, and I'm like so tired of it and I'm going to speak the truth,” said Teresa to cast members inside Jennifer Aydin's townhouse in Seaside Heights. “There was a business dealing and my fiance lost a quarter of a million dollars.”

Louie was initially game.

“I said no because I don't think you should get involved in business stuff,” Teresa said.

Teresa and Joey don't have a good business track records on the show. Joey was accused of stiffing a speaker at his Grow with Gorga seminar in March of 2019 in Jersey City. It was later determined to be a “misunderstanding.”

Teresa and ex Joe Giudice pled guilty to multiple fraud charges in 2014 and had to go to federal prison.

As for the pizza oven, Louie offered Joey 5 percent of the business after Louie put down $250,000. That did not sit well with Joey.

“My brother went nuts,” Teresa said. “He wanted 50 percent.”

Louie bailed out of the deal.

“I don't work well with people who deflect conversation,” Louie said. “You get to a point where you just give up.”

Joey saw things a differently. He wanted to name it Nonno Pizza, after his and Teresa's late father. Then he received a call from his nephew stating that Teresa and her daughters conducted a pizza photo shoot and the product was now called “Skinny Pizza.”

“It was something between me and Louie,” Joey said. “(Teresa) screwed me in a second.”

The accusations and recriminations continued at Rachel Fuda's party at her Jersey Shore house. A big stumbling block seems to be Teresa not asking Joey's wife, Melissa Gorga, to be in her bridal party.

At Rachel's, Teresa stated the reason is that Melissa did not speak up for her when Margaret Josephs insulted her behind her back.

Joey was dismayed to find Teresa and Margaret palling it up at the party.

“We became the biggest disappointment in life!” Joey yelled at Teresa.

“You can change that! You can change that!” Teresa yelled back.

Louie was at a loss for words

“You and your brother have the same exact problem,” Louie said. “When you believe something you're stuck in that thing and you can't get off it.”
