'RHONJ' Star Teresa Giudice's Dad Hospitalized With Pneumonia
Teresa Giudice rushed home early from BravoCon to be by her sick dad's side after revealing he's been hospitalized. The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star revealed she was leaving the network's first-ever convention early on Sunday, and now we know it's because her father, Giacinto Gorga, is suffering from pneumonia. Her brother, Joe Gorga, gave Page Six an update on their dad's health. "He’s alright. He’s not that bad, hopefully. He’ll be okay. So let’s see what happens," he told the outlet on Monday.

Prayers For Giacinto:
Fans were shocked when Teresa revealed she was leaving the weekend event in New York City one day early. Taking to her social media, the New Jersey housewife gave fans a fright when she posted a photo with her father and asked her followers to pray for him. She then linked an article explaining the situation. “Sorry, BravoCon fans. I had to leave,” she stated in a since-deleted Instagram video. "My dad doesn’t feel well. I’m taking him to the hospital,” she added. Teresa's brother told Page Six it's unclear how long Giacinto will be hospitalized.
Family Reunion in Italy!
Earlier this month, Teresa Giudice's father was in Italy visiting her estranged husband, Joe Giudice. It raised quite a few eyebrows when the duo were seen smiling together on Joe's social media amid reports he may be divorcing the "RHONJ" star. Joe, who moved to Italy last month after being released from ICE custody, shared multiple photos with his father-in-law during the vacation. In one snap, the two were seen holding up shot glasses. Joe even tagged his estranged wife in the photo and hashtagged "salute." He also included her father in another series of snaps with the caption, "On the other side of the world #familyandfriends #forgetaboutit."
Joe was praying from Giacinto today too. Sharing another snap with Teresa's dad during his trip to Italy, her husband captioned the sweet shot, "He hangs god bless." Giancinto's Italian getaway came just one week before Teresa and their four daughters -- Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10 -- packed up and headed to visit Joe. The six family members made sure to capture as much of their time together as possible. Gia shared the first family photo while overseas showing Joe reunited with all of his daughters and Teresa. In the snap, a thin Joe Giudice was seen smiling big during the reunion and for good reason, he left the United States weeks ago. After serving more than 3-years for fraud and failing to pay taxes, the "RHONJ" star was released from prison and immediately sent to ICE custody. Joe was born in Italy and despite coming to the states as a young child, he never received his citizenship. He will remain in Italy until his deportation case is over, which his lawyers are currently fighting.
Divorce Rumors:
Prior to their visit, Teresa appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" with Andy Cohen and Joe joined them via satellite. When the late-night host brought up the possibility of Teresa filing for divorce, Joe responded in an interesting way. “If we stay together, we stay together, if we don’t, we don’t,” Joe said. “It’s a conversation, we’ll see. … As long as she’s happy, that’s all that really matters. I’m not going to tell her what to do. If she doesn’t feel like she wants to be with me anymore, then that’s the thing to do," he stated. They also discussed the topic of infidelity on both ends. As for the rumors that Teresa may be leaving "RHONJ," she put an end to the speculation at BravoCon. "I’m in it. So, it’s like, why walk away now?” Teresa told Hollywood Life over the weekend.
