The Real Housewives of New York City will be reuniting several classic members for the next season of Ultimate Girls Trip.

The fifth season of the Peacock series will be dedicated entirely to RHONY, ahead of a rebooted version of the original show with an all-new cast premiering this summer.

On Monday (May 15), the streamer announced that RHONY originals Ramona Singer and Countess Luann de Lesseps will be among those returning for a destination holiday-based miniseries.

Also coming back will be RHONY season 2 addition Kelly Bensimon, Sonja Morgan (season 3), Dorinda Medley (season 6) and Kristen Taekman (season 5).

The cast were all in attendance at the NBCUniversal Upfronts on Monday, and shared their excitement for the long-awaited return for the classic RHONY cast.

"Let’s go girls💃🏼 we’re back and better than ever," RHONY OG Ramona Singer wrote on Instagram following the big announcement.

RHONY was shelved following its 13th season in 2021. Producer Andy Cohen has led a retooling of the franchise for a new season of the traditional RHONY debuting July 16, 2023 on Bravo and Hayu.

The rebooted RHONY show has made history by casting the first openly queer housewife, Jenna Lyons, alongside a brand new crew of socialites.

Cohen had initially announced that the classic RHONY cast members would move over to a Legacy series, before contract negotiations broke down with the veteran cast.

Instead of the so-called RHONY: Legacy series, Peacock and Cohen have opted to bring back memorable cast members for a spin-off of the series Ultimate Girls Trip — where popular current and former Housewives travel to destination holiday spots all across the world.

The most recent Ultimate Girls Trip filmed has caused considerable controversy for an incident between RHONJ's Caroline Manzo and RHOBH's Brandi Glanville that has yet to play out on screen.

The Real Housewives of New York City and Ultimate Girls Trip are both available to on Hayu for UK viewers.
