Jennifer Lopez decided to skip Fashion Week in New York because she wanted to be in Los Angeles close to her new husband and their kids while everyone is adjusting to a new blended family life.

J.Lo was instead seen last weekend shopping at a farmer’s market in LA. Ben Affleck is simultaneously filming two movies on the Warner Bros. lot, “The Flash” and “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.” He plays Batman in both.

A source says Affleck is happy to be back at work and enjoying the routine of his new marriage.

It has been 60 years since Marilyn Monroe’s passing but the world can’t get enough of the onscreen siren.

Netflix will be debuting the new biopic “Blonde,” starring Ana de Armas, Adrien Brody and Bobby Cannavale, on Sept. 28.

The New York auction house Guernsey’s is offering on Sept. 21 a limited edition of photos of Monroe when she was 19 years old taken by David Conover.

The 18 pictures were taken during the summer of 1945 by the army lensman who was assigned by Capt. Ronald Reagan to find “Rosie, the Riveter-type” pretty girls helping the war effort.

Conover came across Norma Jean Dougherty while she was working at the Radioplane factory in Van Nuys, Calif., and asked her if she could skip lunch for an impromptu photoshoot.

Norma Jean obliged, donning a red sweater and lipstick and, the rest was, as they say, history.

Other items in the auction include B.B. King’s first acoustic guitar, Janis Joplin’s Chelsea Hotel door, John Coltrane’s sax, Mickey Mantle’s championship ring, Jimi Hendrix’s speakers, Billie Holiday’s fur stole, and unpublished photos from John Lennon’s last recording session, taken weeks before the musician’s tragic death.

Bidding can be done online at liveauctioneers.com and invaluable.com.

Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood and billionaires like tech tycoon Silvio Scaglia have all rented Eagle’s Point, which sits on the highest hill in the Hamptons with ocean views and a swimming pool.

HBO’s “Selling the Hamptons” is now filming eight episodes at the Water Mill estate being marketed by West Coast architect Roman James, who is offering to build a new mansion “to bring the Malibu lifestyle to the Hamptons.”

This Tony Stark-style house is James’ first East Coast project. Nest Seekers is selling the estate for $50 million.

Chris Burch hosted a concert for the Lang Lang Foundation at his new $30 million estate in Water Mill.

“I only like extraordinary humans, I’m not interested in ordinary humans,” said the ex-husband of designer Tory Burch as he introduced two young pianists.

“I want to encourage everyone to walk around, go into the house, and get a drink, get lots of drinks. I encourage drinking here.”

Burch is donating 600 pianos a year to the kids in the Lang Lang Foundation’s programs. The gift is worth millions of dollars as pianos go for $10,000 and up.

“When I grew up, we only had a TV in the house, so I’ve learned the importance of music education,” said Burch.

Among those applauding were designer Jill Stewart with skincare mogul Peter Thomas Roth and wealth manager Sergio Nicolosi.

The mini-concert was a kickoff for The Lang Lang Foundation Gala to take place at Downtown Cipriani on Sept. 21.

CNBC might be following CNN in its move away from opinion toward real news.

While CNN dumped Brian Stelter, who quickly landed at Harvard with former Mayor Bill de Blasio, CNBC has welcomed back Michelle Caruso-Cabrera, who first joined the business news network in 1998.

After she became a top anchor and the network’s first Chief International Correspondent, Caruso-Cabrera ran for Congress in 2020 and City Comptroller in 2021.

The Caddy Girls, which started as an idea on “Shark Tank” 15 years ago, has grown into a nationwide talent agency which hires attractive women who know how to play golf.

The women, who travel around the country promoting special events, hit Foxrun Golf in Ludlow, Vt., last weekend.

There was a lot of beer and Bloody Marys to be had at the “Par Bar” on the fifth hole. The weekend raised $25,000 for a local children’s charity, Reinbow Riding Center.

Also on the course was Damon Wayans Jr.

Paul Pelosi Jr., son of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, attended the 24th annual H.C. Wainwright conference which ended with a party at Tavern On The Green.

Junior showed up with a striking date in a fire engine red dress. The California couple stood out like a sore thumb, said our source.

After some networking with investment types and a couple of songs by John Fogerty, the handsome couple split.
