Rico Nasty Turns Her Jam-Packed New York Fashion Week Experience Into a Music Video

Rico Nasty clearly takes fashion week seriously. Not only did she make appearances at some of New York Fashion Week’s most hotly anticipated shows last week, including Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty performance at Barclays Center in Brooklyn and the gospel-infused Pyer Moss show at Kings Theatre in Flatbush, but she also closed out the Chromat show with a surprise performance and walked and performed at VFiles, too.

As well as keeping up with this busy schedule, she also managed to do it all in outstanding style—sporting everything from an all-over Marine Serre jumpsuit (face mask included), to a beige Alyx trench with Margiela tabi boots, all of which was styled by Haylee Ahumada. Rico captured her NYFW with a photo diary for Vogue, but now she’s turned the entire experience into a music video: after dropping a new song, “Fashion Week,” at the start of NYFW, Rico chronicled her busy week on video, which filmmaker Ethan Holland compiled into the new clip. Watch as the rapper gets her makeup done before red carpet appearances, snaps pictures on the front row, and walks the runway in the new fashion-filled visual.
