Ridgewood spring sport athletes earn IVC honors: See the complete list

The Inter-Valley Conference recognized its spring sports athletes on Wednesday.

Sandy Valley's Kaiden Mastri was named Baseball Player of the Year and Indian Valley's Shannon McComb won Coach of the Year honors in the South Division as the 2022 Inter-Valley Conference All-League baseball selections were recently announced.

In the North Division, Buckeye Trail swept the top honors as Nick Neuhart was named Player of the Year and Cory McQuain claimed Coach of the Years kudos.

South Division

Softball

Strasburg's Emma Gilkerson, Conotton Valley's Jeremy Bleininger, Indian Valley's Corra Love and Garaway's Rick Johnson earned top honors as the 2022 Inter-Valley Conference All-League softball selections were recently announced.

Gilkerson was named Player of the Year in the North Division and Bleininger won Coach of the Year honors, while Love was named Player of the Year in the South Division and Johnson claimed Coach of the Yea honors.

Claymont's Alex Terakedis was the Boys MVP and Tusky Valley's Hannah Wyler won Girls MVP honors as the 2022 Inter-Valley Conference Boys and Girls Track & Field All League selections were made recently.

Wyler's coach, Mandy McElwee, was named the Girls Coach of the Year and longtime East Canton coach Tom Loy claimed Boys Coach of the Year honors.
