“Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda joined other Latino luminaries including Eva Longoria, Chef Jose Andreas, Zoe Saldana, America Ferrara and Jennifer Lopez to stress the gravity of voting in the 2020 election – and represent the power in their community’s vote.
In conjunction with Luis A. Miranda Jr.‘s Latino Victory Project and NowThis News, the Broadway powerhouse kicked off a livestreamed community conversation with Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Tuesday.
"The future success of our country depends on Latinos having the opportunities and the tools they need. Latinos are among," Biden said. "How in God's name can we have a strong, thriving Republic if we don't fully deal in Latinos in every aspect of American life?"
