Rihanna used a lookalike model just to test out brow looks, because of course

Beauty lovers know that eyebrows are serious business, but perfecting your brow game can be tricky. And when a Hollywood brow guru revealed that Rihanna once used a lookalike model to test out brow lewks, we weren’t even a little surprised.

Stylist Damone Roberts has worked his magic on the likes of Serena Williams, Christina Aguilera, Taraji P. Henson, Gabrielle Union, Tracee Ellis Ross, Kim Kardashian West, and Jenna Dewan—to name just a few—and he shared some of his secrets with Entertainment Tonight. Roberts reveals that he first worked with the Fenty Beauty mogul ahead of the 2018 Met Gala, which she co-hosted in an epic gown inspired by the Pope. Roberts said that a lookalike model came to his studio to “try out” different brow looks for Rihanna, and he sent photos her way for approval.

We’re in awe (and yes, admittedly pretty jealous).

Roberts gushed about his famous client, saying, “Rihanna has become one of my favorite people. Now, of course I was a fan like everyone else, but once I started working with her this year, I have become a fan of her as a person because she is so fly and dope,” adding that she “she really personifies ‘rock star.'”
