ALLEGAN — The Allegan County Fair is bringing two more country stars to its 2023 event in September — following an announcement on Friday, April 28.

Riley Green will headline the Allegan County Fair on Friday, Sept. 15, according to a news release. Drake Milligan will open the show. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, May 5. They can be purchased online at allegancountyfair.com or etix.com, by calling 888-673-6501 or stopping by the fair office.

Fair admission is included if tickets are purchased by Aug. 15, according to the release. Parking is not included.

Green is a native of Jacksonville, Alabama — according to his biography. His debut album “Different ‘Round Here” featured the platinum-certified hit No. 1 “There Was This Girl.” Green has also released the gold-certified hit “If It Wasn’t for Trucks.” He was named a CMT “Listen Up Artist.” Green collaborated with Thomas Rhett on the song “Half of Me” — earning his second No. 1 at country radio. He is touring with Luke Combs and has previously toured with Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley, Jon Pardi and Dierks Bentley.

Milligan is a native of the Dallas/Fort Worth area but moved to Nashville to pursue his country music career, according to his biography. He recently released his debut album “Dallas/Fort Worth”— featuring 14 tracks. The album rose to No. 5 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart.
