Ring identifies man killed 84 years ago in Spain
Rosa Maria Insua has spent her whole life wondering where her father was buried after he was killed in the Spanish Civil War in 1936.
But 84 years on, she's finally found out - after his wedding ring was discovered at the site of a mass grave near Madrid.
"Thank you very much. It makes me really happy. We never knew if he had something with him or not."
Eugenio Juan Insua was just 29 years old when he was killed by the fascist forces of General Francisco Franco.
He was identified by his wedding ring which had been engraved with the date he married Rosa's mother.
Now, she says she wants to bury him with loved ones.
"I've been rather frail lately. I have to go to the doctor and I don't feel very strong. Years have taken their toll on me. I would be really happy to see it (the location of her father's burial site) resolved, all of this, to come to an end so he can rest in peace. I will bury him with me, his wife and my husband."
More than 110,000 people are still considered missing after the Spanish Civil War of the 1930s and Franco's dictatorship which ended in 1975.
