Riot Police Secure Area in Belfast During Unrest

Police with riot shields attempted to secure the area around Larnark Way in Belfast, Northern Ireland, during another night of unrest on April 8

This video, posted to Facebook by Dylan McKee, shows police in a standoff with protesters as they warn the crowd to disperse. “If you do not stop immediately, impact rounds will be fired,” an officer can be heard saying over a loud speaker.

Other footage recorded by McKee shows a person throwing an object towards police before being hit by a water cannon.
