Rise and shine — this breakfast, brunch and lunch food spot is coming to SouthPark
Mornings are about to get a little brighter in SouthPark with the opening of First Watch. The breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe is expected to open in late December at 5821 Fairview Road.
Known for its extensive breakfast and lunch menu that varies from banana granola crunch pancakes and power breakfast quinoa bowls to baja turkey burgers, Fresh Watch prides itself in serving fresh, made-from-scratch meals. Patrons can enjoy a freshly squeezed beverage from the First Watch juice bar, which features fruits and vegetables that are juiced fresh daily.
The restaurant also serves its special Project Sunrise coffee, brewed in partnership with Mujeres en Cafe or Women in Coffee. The Mujeres en Cafe is an initiative formed to teach and empower women coffee growers in the Huila region of Colombia. The coffee is available for purchase at First Watch locations, as well as online at Amazon.
First Watch will be open daily from 7 a.m -2:30 p.m.
