• As you'll see below, today is Miniature Golf Day, and really the timing couldn't be any better for my latest story. The refrain around these parts is there are no activities for kids, and little for them to do.

Commercial real estate developer Derek Savas is trying to fill that void as he's proposing to build an 18-hole mini golf facility in Middletown. I spoke with him Tuesday about the project. Read more here.
