  • The 30-year-old songstress threw a yoga-themed birthday bash—and it was clear that her abs came to slay!

  • Rita, who likes circuit training, also follows a low-carb diet that works for her.

Rita Ora, 30, just might be the best sibling ever, because she just celebrated her sister's birthday in the coolest way possible—with a yoga-themed bash.

The singer shared photos from the event celebrating her sister, Elena. There’s Rita in a ruched white bra top and matching leggings winking while laying on a yoga mat, Rita cuddling with a puppy, Rita and Elena sipping tea, Rita and a bunch of people doing yoga, and a delicious-looking spread of veggies and tequila. In all the pics, it’s hard to miss the fact that Rita’s abs look amazingly toned.

“Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate @elenaora birthday with wellness. #ORAWellness,” Rita wrote in the caption.

Those abs, though...Rita doesn’t just do yoga to stay in shape—she’s also hugely into circuit training.

"I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,” she previously told Shape. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

Rita works with celebrity trainer Jono Castano (who also trains Rebel Wilson) and she said she’s learned to have patience with seeing results of her hard work.

“What I've learned is that you can take your time with training," she told Shape. "You don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.”

Rita eats well, too. She steers clear of bread and sugar, and tends to follow a diet that really works for her. Breakfast might be boiled eggs, vegetables, and some muesli with almond milk. At lunch and dinnertime, you’ll probably see her eating chicken or fish and more veggies with half a potato on the side.

But, even though she’s all about living that healthy lifestyle, Rita has learned that body acceptance is crucial. "You have to come to terms with loving your body," she told Cosmopolitan. "Stand naked in front of the mirror, and say, 'I'm f—king sexy.' That's where it starts."

Rita Ora, everyone!
