Riverside proposing 1.45 mill tax increase for next school year budget
NORTH SEWICKLEY TWP. – The Riverside School Board is proposing a 1.45 mill tax increase with its next school year budget.
The board last week approved its proposed budget for the 2022-23 school year, which anticipates revenues of $25.82 million and expenditures of $26.29 million.
The proposed budget can be viewed by residents at the district administration building. The school board will vote on whether to approve the budget during its June 20 meeting.
Efforts to reach district administration to comment on the proposed tax hike were unsuccessful by press time.
