Cincinnati music fans can see Willie Nelson perform later this year.

The 2023 Outlaw Music Festival, featuring Nelson and his family, will stop at Riverbend Music Center Aug. 13. John Fogerty, Gov't Mule, Kathleen Edwards and Particle Kid are also slated to perform, according to a press release.

Nelson turns 90 years old next month. The Outlaw Music Festival celebrates the milestone and will be the biggest Outlaw tour to date, according to the release.

“I can’t wait to be on the road with the amazing group of artists joining us on this year’s Outlaw Music Festival Tour,” Nelson said. “It is always a great day of music and fun with family, friends and the incredible fans, and even more special this year in celebration of my 90th birthday.”

When is the festival?

Outlaw Music Festival stops at Riverbend Music Center Aug. 13.

Who is performing?

The fest features country music icon Willie Nelson and his friends and family. Singer-songwriter John Fogerty, rock jam band Gov't Mule, Canadian artist Kathleen Edwards and Particle Kid, the musical moniker of Nelson's son, Micah Nelson, are also on the lineup in Cincinnati.

How to get tickets to Outlaw Music Festival

Tickets for the general public go on sale March 17 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster and the Riverbend website. Citi cardmembers have access to presale tickets from March 14 at 10 a.m. to March 16 at 10 p.m.

What is the Outlaw Music Festival?

Outlaw Music Festival debuted in 2016 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Over the years, it has featured artists like Robert Plant, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow, Van Morrison, ZZ Top, Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton and the Avett Brothers. It will make numerous other stops this year, including Cleveland; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
