Road work will close a lane of traffic in Greene County next week.

The left lane of Westbound U.S. 35 will be closed Monday night at 7 p.m. just before and after the Valley and Trebein Roads intersection, according to an ODOT spokesperson.

It will be back open the following day at 6 a.m.

This will last until Thursday, May 25.

The U.S. 35 project at Valley and Trebein Roads will upgrade nearly 1.3 miles of U.S. 35 to a limited-access facility by replacing the existing intersection and overpass of Valley/Trebein over U.S. 35, ODOT said.

The project also includes bridge construction to build the interchange and complete other roadway improvements.

It’s expected to be completed by October 2025.
