Emergency crews are on the scene of a tanker truck crash under the Rankin Bridge.

Chopper 11 was over the scene and saw the truck on its side near the train tracks below.
Officials say the driver ended up rolling down the nearby embankment. No other vehicles involved.
Allegheny County EMS say that the tanker was carrying tar, which spilled during the crash.

Crews received a call about the tanker at around 9:50 a.m. Tuesday morning.
All lanes of Route 837 have been closed, according to PennDOT.
The driver was out of the truck and moving when EMS arrived.
