ET has learned that Rob Kardashian is ‘doing his best,’ but still ‘struggles’ to stay healthy for his 4-year old daughter, Dream. A source tells ET that the 34-year old reclusive reality star is also working on some fun projects while staying very focused on being a hands-on father to Dream.
