Robbie Williams has revealed plans to have cosmetic surgery on his eyes as he believes they look "hollow".

The 49-year-old singer - who recently complained a surgical procedure on his chin left him looking like comic book character Desperate Dan - said nobody notices "good plastic surgery".

Williams told The Sun: "Everybody looks at bad plastic surgery and goes ‘God no, don’t do that’.

He said: "One time I had a few things done, Botox, fillers and something done to my chin that made me look like Desperate Dan.

"Perhaps 5 years ago. Nothing since then."

Williams - who has four children with wife Ayda Field - also recently opened up on social media about having body dysmorphia and confessed that after losing a significant amount of weight he now worried he looked old.

He wrote: "I'm body dysmorphic and on top of being dysmorphic at times I can be 40+ pounds over weight . So you can imagine what my mind sees. Or maybe you can’t either way its a f***ing disaster.

"The struggle is real , The sadness shocking. I’ve had it all my life .And it wont abate. What is it that is hard wired in us, that is so calloused, that makes self acceptance and self love so difficult that it seems impossible?

"Anyway , I'm not fishing for compliments. I'm sharing for sharing sake .I'm sharing for some sort of release I guess . And if someone else recognises themselves in the words I’ve written maybe it helps both of us."
