COLUMBIANA – Activist and attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is coming to the East Palestine area Saturday for an educational seminar.
Kennedy, Tim Rice and Rene Rocha representing Morgan & Morgan law firm will discuss the Norfolk Southern train derailment 10 a.m. at the Vagabond Theater in Columbiana. The city is about 10 miles northwest of East Palestine, the site of a fiery train wreck on Feb. 3.
The seminar is for individuals, families and business owners impacted by the Norfolk Southern derailment. It is for information only. Doors open at 9:45 a.m.

Kennedy, a son of the late U.S. Sen. Robert F. Kennedy and nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy, founded the nonprofit environmental group Waterkeeper Alliance in 1999 and remains on the board. He also fought against COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
Fox is a former attorney general for Montana. Rocha handles complex cases and whistleblower claims for Morgan & Morgan. The law firm is one of several that have filed lawsuits against Norfolk Southern for the derailment.
