Robert De Niro spotted at Cincinnati restaurant amidst movie filming

This is not a drill: Robert De Niro is in Cincinnati.

The world-famous actor was photographed at one of Jeff Ruby's restaurants, per a tweet from Ruby on Thursday.

The Cincinnati restaurateur said in the post that director Barry Levinson introduced him to De Niro at one of his restaurants this week. Upon meeting the 79-year-old movie star, Ruby said he quoted one of his famous lines from the 1999 movie "Analyze This" back to him.

"I told myself if director Barry Levinson introduces me to Robert De Niro at Jeff Ruby’s, I would have 1 thing to tell him. Last night Barry did," Ruby tweeted. "First thing De Niro asked me was, 'You OWN this place?' My answer was 'YOU, YOU, you’re good you. No you’re very good you.'"

"Wise Guys," a gangster drama starring De Niro and directed by Levinson, is being filmed in Cincinnati.

According to Variety, the plot follows two feuding Italian-American crime bosses in the mid-20th century, and De Niro will star as both main characters. Local casting director Lynn Meyers put out a call for Cincinnati extras for the film in October.

Levinson and De Niro previously worked together on "The Wizard of Lies," "What Just Happened," "Wag the Dog" and "Sleepers."
