The 27th iteration of the event — previously staged at what is now called Innovative Field — will start at 5 p.m. Aug. 18 with performances by the Eastman School of Music, Anthony Dounte, NA$A Family, Jimmie Highsmith Jr. featuring Prince O and Chi the Realist, Adina Howard, Troop, and Big Daddy Kane.

It continues at 5 p.m. Aug. 19 with the Eastman School of Music, Rod Bonner, Top 5, Mambo Kings, Yo-Yo, Kid ’n Play, and SILK.

For the concert, Parcel 5 will be divided into three sections: the back half (closer to East Main Street) will be general admission ($25 for one day; $39 for two days), the middle portion will be premium admission ($99 for one day; $179 for two days), and an area in front of the stage will have VIP suites ($2,500 for one day; $4,500 for two days).
