Three things to watch in the Hogs: 3 things to watch as Rockford IceHogs, Chicago Wolves meet in the AHL playoffs

Highlights: After losing Game 1 by a 6-2 tally and Game 2 by a 4-1 score to the Chicago Wolves, the Hogs bowed out, getting swept by Chicago after a 4-1 loss. The Wolves jumped all over Rockford again, taking a 3-0 lead early in the third. Ian Mitchell scored short side with 12:57 in the third period, but that was it for the Hogs.

What they said: "I don't think anybody is very happy in there tonight, and this one is going to take a little time to get over," Rockford's interim coach Anders Sorensen said of the Hogs' locker room. "It's been a special journey to be a part of, for sure. ... That team (Chicago) has some real good players on the other side. And we saw it a lot in the regular season, but I thought they really turned it up a notch in the postseason."

Next up: The Hogs' season is over, and the Wolves will now face the Milwaukee Admirals in the Central Division Finals.
