Rockstar Energy Drink billionaire Russell Weiner has just flipped — for a recorded $48.19 million — two adjacent houses he bought five weeks ago in northern Palm Beach County from Elin Nordegren, ex-wife of golf legend Tiger Woods, according to a pair of deeds recorded Friday.

He sold them for $15.4 million more than he paid for them, according to the prices recorded by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.

Weiner had bought both properties for a recorded $32.89 million via deeds recorded Sept. 11.

Both houses are in the Seminole Landing community in an unincorporated area near North Palm Beach. One is a beachfront mansion and the other is a smaller house directly west of it across the coastal road. The lots measure a little less than 1½ acres each.

Two similarly named Delaware-registered limited liability companies were the buyers, the deeds show. Tranquil Sunrise LLC bought the oceanfront house while Calm Sunset LLC bought the one to the west. Because of Delaware’s strict corporate privacy laws, no other information about the buyers was immediately available.

The 26,000-square-foot oceanfront house at 12520 Seminole Beach Road faces 200 feet of shoreline. The smaller house, built in 1992 with 10,219 square feet, is at 12395 Banyan Road. The houses are a few lots south of the Seminole Golf Club.

Weiner bought Nordegren’s custom-built oceanfront house last month for a recorded $28.64 million. He simultaneously paid a recorded $4.25 million for the smaller house.

Weiner sold the oceanfront house for a recorded $41.77 million and the smaller house for a recorded $6.42 million, the records suggest. He bought and sold the properties as trustee of a revocable trust in his name.

Weiner is the creator of Rockstar Energy Drink, which he sold to PepsiCo last spring in a deal reported at $3.85 billion. Weiner has an estimated net worth of $3.7 billion, according to Forbes.

Weiner owns another oceanfront mansion in Delray Beach. That house is homesteaded in the latest tax rolls, property records show.

Weiner could not be reached for comment.

Nordegren built her 11-bedroom, British West Indies-style house on the ocean after her divorce from Woods in 2010. She bought the property for a recorded $12.25 million in 2012 and completed the mansion in 2014.

She acted as trustee of the Northern Lights Trust when she sold it to Weiner via a deed recorded Sept.11.

Weiner last month bought the five-bedroom house across the street from Nordegren’s Delaware-registered limited liability company, 12395 Banyan Road LLC, the deed showed. That ownership company had paid $4.25 million for it in 2013, according to courthouse records.

Luxury features

The beachfront house features walls of retractable glass, a pair of kitchens, a home theater and a deck on the roof. The swimming pool has a water slide, according to published reports. Other features include and elevator and a reflection pond.

Agent Todd Peter of Sotheby’s International Realty represented Weiner in September when he bought both properties. On Saturday, Peter declined to comment, and the Daily News was unable to confirm if any real estate agents were involved in the sales documented Friday.

When the oceanfront house sold, Sotheby’s International Realty agent Cristina Condon had it co-listed with Peter and his wife, agent Frances Peter. It was first listed for sale at $49.5 million in March 2018, but the priced had dropped by $5 million by the time it sold in September.

Sotheby’s sales listing had described the oceanfront as suited to an indoor-outdoor lifestyle: “The style of British West Indies — with its breezy outdoor spaces and light-filled, view-focused interiors — offered inspiration and was adapted for relaxed, refined modern living.”

The smaller house was not listed for sale in the multiple listing service last month when Weiner bought it.

Woods and Nordegren married in 2004. Their contentious divorce was finalized in 2010, with Nordegren receiving a settlement reported at $100 million.

Nordegren has downsized. About a week after selling her two properties, she paid a recorded $9.9 million for a six-bedroom house on 2 acres in the Old Palm Golf Club development in Palm Beach Gardens. That house has 16,841 total square feet of living space and faces a pond on the gated community’s golf course.

In the deal in Old Palm Golf Club, Michael Leibowitz and Andrew Leibowitz of Leibowitz Realty Group represented the seller, a limited liability company managed by Larry Ross. Agent Dory Faxon of Frankel Ball Realty represented Nordegren.

Weiner is the son of Michael Weiner, known professionally as Michael Savage, host of the conservative radio show The Savage Nation.
