Roll-N-Waffles, a new brunch food truck, planning to open in Milwaukee
Roll-N-Waffles, a new food truck, plans to open in Milwaukee at the end of June, offering a variety of brunch options.
Owners Quinyniss Pruitt and her fiancé Timothy Clinton said they've been planning to open a food truck for almost four years. They're waiting for an inspection before they can operate.
The menu will include waffles with an assortment of breakfast options like omelets and scotch eggs. It'll also include specialty items on certain days of the week like, chicken and waffles and a fish fry.
Pruitt attended one year of culinary school at Milwaukee Area Technical College and has catered for family and friends for several years.
There's no definite location for the food truck yet, but it'll operate out of The Neighborhood Kitchen, a rental kitchen space on 8103 W. Tower Ave.

"We don't have a set location right now only because we were getting a lot of requests for events like farmer's markets and things of that nature," Pruitt said.
Pruitt said she's eager to join Milwaukee's food truck world.
"We just want people to know that we're new to this food truck community, we're still learning but we're eager to get out," she said.
